The Phenomics Program aspires to advance and unify high-throughput phenotyping research across animals, crops, insects, and agrobiodiversity systems. Our mission is to develop and advance phenotyping technologies, trait-extraction workflows, data-processing pipelines, and biological/genetic validation methods that enable robust and reproducible traits. These traits support breeding programs, precision management, environmental resilience, and cross-domain scientific innovation. Our focus areas and scope are phenotyping technologies and infrastructure, AI, trait & data pipelines, trait definition and phenotypic and genetic validation and cross-domain innovation and translation.
