Professor Yanzhang Gong and associate professor Zheya Sheng focus on research in poultry genetics and collaborate with many local companies in the Hubei Province. Professor Gong and Dr. Sheng have kindly agreed to give at short presentation of their university, including a short introduction to agriculture and food production in the Wuhan region.

The presentation of the Huazhong Agriculture University is particularly relevant, as Aarhus University and Viborg municipality have signed an agreement of cooperation with Wuhan East Lake National High-Tech Development Zone (WEHDZ).
