Research

I am a PhD student at the Graduate School of Health, Aarhus University, where my research focuses on the use of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for the diagnosis and monitoring of lung cancer. Specifically, I investigate the detection of minimal residual disease in patients treated with curative intent.
By analyzing ctDNA in blood samples, I aim to develop more precise and less invasive methods to assess treatment response and detect relapse at an early stage. The ultimate goal of my research is to improve treatment outcomes and provide more personalized care for patients with lung cancer.
